When you lie that is even worse than breaking the truth. Everyone knows that lying is bad but some people still chose to do the wrong thing. We should always strive to do the right thing even if you really don't want to.

If you tell the truth all the time then you are a good person but there is some times where lying is the only option and only then is when you should lie. Helping others could be giving someone a hand when they need it. Supporting people when they are trying to do the right thing is another. Helping people with even small things can make a big difference.

Something sound is also something that good like helping others in any way you can. Something unsound would be cheating and fighting with others. The best thing you can do is help someone else in need but other sound things could be doing your homework or cleaning after yourself and going to church. Hurting others without a reason would be unsound. No one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes but what you can do is make up for those mistakes.

An astronaut is someone who goes into outer space and go to different planets. Time slows down when someone is in outer space that is why It doesn't look like they have aged in appearance but they were gone for a long time.The first human in space was Soviet Yuri Gagarin, who was launched on April 12, 1961 and orbited around the Earth for 108 minutes. The first woman in space was Soviet Valentina Tereshkova, who launched on June 16, 1963 and orbited Earth for almost three days. They are trained to command pilot or be a crew member of the spacecraft.

If you cheat and win then you win for a short moment but the fact that you cheated will stay with you forever. The only way to stop the feeling of guilt is to confess what you did. If you win and don't cheat then you will always know that you won and did it fair. In sports when people cheat they usually use drugs that enhance their strength. When they do that they improve the chance to win but sometimes at the cost of there own life.
